There wasn’t much Fallon wouldn’t do for Gabe. She loved him and even before she realised just how she felt about him exactly, despite the fact that a blind man could have seen how they felt, she would have done anything to help him out. It wasn’t even that they got along well because there were days when Fallon just wanted to hit him once or twice though they were few and far between, thankfully. No, it was because he had always seemed to Fallon like he would do just about anything for her since the moment they’d met, she’d known there wouldn’t be a future without him in it. Back then, she had thought it would just be friends, the kind where she could show up on his doorstep with a problem, tears and movies and he would just open the door further. Sometimes she swore their relationship was almost entirely one-sided since she always felt like she put so much on Gabe and she didn’t feel like she did anything at all in return. But she loved him and obviously the feeling was mutual or she would have been tossed on her ass ages ago! She was stubborn, foolish, hard headed and she never gave in when it came to something she wanted. Taking no for an answer wasn’t even an option for Fallon, which was why she was so good at her job at the studio; she got things done. But it wasn’t always so go at home and she knew that. She was trying to change, even a little bit for Gabe, because she was well aware she put him through hell and back some days.
“Probably a good thing a day doesn’t go by without him then. We’d get bored. And I would miss the bar games we play.” Fallon said with a laugh. Myles may have been a sweetheart but he was also the one causing most of the trouble. He always had a bright idea for the trio and though Fallon didn’t say no to doing any of it, it was a little crazy occasionally. It was honestly a miracle any of them had the strength to get ready and go out after some of the days they had but it always happened. If the calendar said Thursday, Friday or Saturday, Fallon and the rest of the group free for the night were out unwinding from their weeks and playing silly bar games or betting each other stupid things. “I won’t tell him! I’m not that crazy!” Fallon said, holding her hands up in surrender. She was many things but insane was not usually one of them. And to tell Myles about any revolving doors would be an insane thing to do but worse would be the small fact that he would actually consider it!
Fallon tossed her head back with her laughter because she had to agree with him. She really didn’t know how the blonde police officer hadn’t dumped Fallon’s sorry ass as a friend a hell of a long time ago. "I am, too." She didn’t take no for an answer unless the cop had a legitimate reason behind her declining answer. If she had to work a shift, Fallon accepted that but if it was something silly like a movie marathon, she needed to know the choices before she tossed it all away and started pulling things from her fellow blonde’s closet herself if she were there. She did so much work, always taking on extra shifts, if it wasn’t for Fallon dragging her out every once in a while, she was pretty sure no one would ever find Devon out of her uniform! “Is it a good thing or a bad thing that I understood that?” She asked with a sigh as if it could possibly be the worst thing to actually understand her boyfriend. Plastering a cheesy grin on her face, she looked up at Gabe. “Grinning the potential blisters away.” She teased lightly, not in the least bit worried about blisters or the sort.
Fallon was excited to go camping with Gabe. She’d always had a trailer or camper around to lounge in when they were on location in the woods somewhere and the weekends would see her in the city and making good use of the expensive hotel rooms the cast and crew got. And though it had taken them that hour, if not more to get to the site, Fallon hadn’t felt like the trek was that bad by the time they got there though she happily played that it had been for a few minutes to tease and torment. Sadly, Fallon was completely useless when it came to setting up camp so all she could really do was sit around and watch Gabe set up camp really. She walked around their little campsite, picking up the random sticks and tree branches that was scattered around and piled them off to the side but other than that, she was useless. Grinning, Fallon reached up to wrap her arms around Gabe’s neck and bring him a little closer to her level. “You want me up before dawn? You’re a lunatic.” She teased, before pressing a light kiss to his lips. “So what are we going to fill all that time with?” She asked, leaning away just enough to look up into his eyes.
