Girls Just Wanna Have Fun { Zoe's Sister

That right there is Zoe Tyler's baby sister, Frankie. Her real name is Francis, but she's been going by Frankie for awhile now. She grew up on the farm in Adams, Tennessee right along with Zoe, being the second oldest of the small brood. Her reason for moving to New York is up to you, but I'd like someone from home to come and stay with Zoe. Of course, they'd be living together in her apartment. That's the plot I had in mind for them, and then their adventures as epic sisters could begin. Plus, with Zoe and Romeo's budding romance, a nosy sibling could be fun to have around.

There's a few things to know, though, if you do decide to make her. All of the Tylers' children were raised in a homey, well-mannered atmosphere, meaning they've had good breeding drilled into their minds all of their lives. They also grew up on a farm where hard work was a daily task. To read about this, please check out Zoe's Application. I chose Debby Ryan as a playby 'cause she's adorable, but if you don't agree please feel free to suggest someone else. Just make sure she looks a little like Emilie de Ravin, aka Zoe's playby! :)

I am warning you now, Frankie is coming into the midsts of drama and plottage xD It'll be fun working her into all of it though, especially since they'll get to gossip and be sisterly together ^^

If you've got any questions, please PM my staff account. I'm on it a couple times a day to check things, even if I don't pop into the cbox. And, her app is pretty out of date, but the basics are still correct, so you should be fine for those. If anything's confusing though, just let me know!
